100for10 is an art project initiated by Melville Brand Design in Munich, Germany.

Print is dead – is never dead. To publish a book is a bad idea – is a very good idea. 100for10 is a series of art books, of which each issue contains 100 black and white pages and costs only € 10. 100for10 is distributed world wide!

Robert Frank said during an exposition at the Münchner Akademie der Bildenden Künste “Cheap, quick and dirty, that’s how I like it.”

His photographs – in galleries and auctions sold for fortunes – were ink-jetted on thin paper and glued to the walls. No stealing possible. If ripped (impossible without destroying them) they just were reprinted.

We love this concept of presenting unique work to a broad audience – not in a high gloss coffee table book – but as raw as they come, right out of the sketch book and only in black and white. We asked artists we cherish to create a 100-page book, assembling their unique collection of beloved artworks, or to create something new and never before published.

100for10 prints and distributes worldwide, thanks to print-on-demand. We create a growing collection of outstanding books, expositions and events. And – most of all – love the work of our authors!
