Christoph Vieweg is a drawer and illustrator, based in Berlin. He realizes his art mainly through drawings which focus on everyday observations. Most recently, Vieweg was engaged in the project »Soweit die Meldungen« in which he attempts to artistically explore daily news delivered through radio podcasts. The challenge of the project is to keep up the artistic output of at least one drawing per day, each of it representing one received news item. Vieweg’s work presents itself in complex serial blocks which again and again aim to visualize
and capture the undertone of the society we live in.
